What is a Workout Program?

What? A workout program is a structured plan of workouts that are meant to take you from your starting point to your goal.

Why? It is very important to have a workout program because if you don’t have a structured way to reach your goal, then you’re going to be wasting time, effort, energy when you can be efficiently on your path to your results.

You should be on a program because... Most people in the gym don’t get where they want because they choose not to do a workout program and instead go off their bodies intuition and they haven’t learned how to train themselves best.
